The Services We Provide
The Company currently manages just over 20 properties throughout New York City and Westchester. With offices in midtown Manhattan, Grogan & Associates, Inc. services cooperatives and condominiums with both residential and commercial owners and tenants. A staff of property managers manages these properties, each with a minimum of 15 years of real estate experience. All managers report directly to Tim Grogan and they have a support staff that includes administrative staff assistants, accounting personnel and a Transfer Agent responsible for all resale, sublet and refinance requests.
Currently, the Company’s main source of income is derived from the property functions, however the brokerage division’s contribution is growing as the number of Sales Agents being trained grows. The brokerage division not only produces income from the properties managed by the firm, but also produces outside brokerage as a result of the repeat customers with whom their Agents have serviced in the past.
Recently we have expanded our management functions to the Asset Management area by providing much of the same services of property management to owners and investors of unsold shares in co-ops and condominium alike. The Company currently manages over 500 of these types of units, which has also enhanced the market presence for its affiliate Grogan Homes. The division has become and immediate source of future business for both sides of the business, management and sales. |
