Our History
Established in 1981 by John J. Grogan, the company was initially formed to provide building owners or Sponsors with the all of the necessary services to convert their properties from rental properties to cooperatives and condominiums. Mr. Grogan’s background as a Certified Public Accountant and his knowledge of the New York Residential Marketplace catapulted the company into the management of these newly converted properties which eventually lead to the Company forming a Sales and Brokerage division to complete the full range of real estate services provide to its clients.
The Management of properties has always been the Company’s stronghold and continues to be the major focus of its business. After 21 years in business, the Company is now lead by Timothy Grogan, a 17-year veteran of cooperative and condominium management, with expertise not only in building management and accounting, but also in insurance. As a licensed Real Estate and Insurance Broker, Tim has been able to provide yet another important service to its clientele. |
